Nothing not to like.

The location was perfect, offering peace and tranquility while still being close to Staithes and other attractions. The views from the hotel were amazing, and we enjoyed watching the wildlife. The cottage itself was well-equipped, clean, and spacious. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and the bonus of easily accessible wifi.

the cottage was absolutely amazing! exceeded our expectations. clean, spacious, with breathtaking views. the hosts were incredibly friendly and even helped us with car problems. our dog felt right at home. welcome chocolates and a postcard were a lovely touch. highly recommended!

The only downside is a slow Wifi connection, which can be expected due to the rural location.

Some areas of the cottage could have been cleaner, with food stains in the fridge and a bit of mold in the bathroom. The exposed beams in the bedroom were also quite dusty.

Clean rooms, spacious, comfy sofa. Good kitchen. Half-hour drive from Whitby. First cottage experience, everyone enjoyed.

We had a fantastic stay at the lovely barn conversion cottage in the North York Moors. Spangle Cottage at Borrowby Farm Cottages provided us with a spacious and clean accommodation. The views of the countryside and coastline were breathtaking, especially during breakfast on the terrace. The cottage was well-stocked with all the necessary utilities and cutlery, making our stay comfortable. Additionally, the nearby shops and pubs offered convenience and dining options. We also appreciated the warm welcome with a postcard and chocolates, and our three dogs enjoyed the enclosed garden and nearby walks.

Beds, bathroom, microwave, and oven were all clean. Can't wait to return!

We also enjoyed the comfortable sofas and beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Another advantage was the secure garden, perfect for our dog to roam around and have a great time. it was a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend to others.

One aspect that could have been better is the lack of a direct door to the garden from our cottage. However, this was a minor inconvenience as it was just a short walk around to the gate of the garden.
